guidance3It is difficult to engage the right people - all the people involved in climate change - and therefore more time and more networking is needed to bring climate change people together. It also necessary to convince people that climate change is an important problem.

 

 

PESTLE analysis
What we did

We ran a PESTLE analysis session at the University of Aberdeen for 40 coastal students.

Why we did it

To teach them the technique, obtaining new ideas for the community as well as 4 PESTLE analyses for the Aberdeenshire area.

What we achieved Teach future coastal practitioners this technique as well as completed 4 PESTLE analyses for the Aberdeenshire area.

Coastal student can develop excellent PESTLE analysis with innovative and relevant views.

 

 

Adaptation Strategy Workshop
What we did

A full day workshop about developing the coastal adaptation strategy with the local authority and community. Also, befriending with University of Ghent and CoastNet who bring other experiences and views in order to develop the best adaptation strategy possible.

Why we did it

To create an adaptation strategy involving stakeholder engagement.

What we achieved A PESTLE analysis as well as back casting actions for Aberdeen.
